Never Never Cube

Context: Situated in a rapidly growing industrial zone, the building occupies two southeast-facing plots. The design seeks to break away from conventional, mundane structures by introducing a dynamic and inspiring façade that enhances the area's architectural landscape.

Approach: The façade features a matrix of parallelepipeds, creating a tessellated pattern that allows natural light to penetrate the interior spaces. This design not only enhances the building's aesthetic appeal but also contributes to occupant well-being by ensuring ample daylight.

The use of concrete finishes provides durability and ease of maintenance, while the overall design adheres to local building regulations, offering an open layout with a fixed height.
