Tessalace offices

Context: Situated in an emerging industrial area, the project seeks to distinguish itself amidst conventional glass and steel structures. Drawing inspiration from Le Corbusier's approach to imparting unique character to commercial forms, Tessalace celebrates the materiality of concrete through its distinctive tessellated façade.

Approach: The design features a tessellated façade composed of polygons that fit together without gaps, creating a dynamic pattern of solids and voids in grey and white tones.

This graphical RCC (reinforced cement concrete) façade, highlighted with white mild steel (MS) flat members, establishes an engaging connection with visitors. The project utilized materials such as Saint-Gobain glass, Asian Paints, KONE lifts, Tata Tiscon reinforcement bars, and Ultratech cement.
